Frank and Cathy had been trying to conceive for a few years without success, when they decided to adopt. Catherine is of French descendance, so they thought it would be perfect to adopt a french child. Only, when they met Emilie and Lola they instantly fell in love with them and decided to adopt them both. Everyone in the family loves them and their mommy and daddy have already decided that they will both speak english and french.
