BOADICEA (f) Thought to be related to the Celtic word "buaidh", meaning "victory". She was the Queen of the Iceni, a tribe in the south of Britain at the time when the Romans had invaded it. In 61 C.E. Boadicea led a revolt against the Romans, but was eventually defeated and captured. To avoid the humiliation of being paraded in Rome as a war trophy she (as did Queen Cleopatra before her) chose to commit suicide.

Heheh. Funny, Mike, how you should choose the name for a computer scientist, while I chose the name for a warrior chick. ;)
