No I didn't :(
I called Canada Post but they weren't incredibly helpful. They said that even if the postal code was wrong it would still have gotten to me, it just might have taken a bit longer.
The tape wouldn't have fit in my mailbox so I would have gotten a parcel notice. If that parcel notice wasn't delivered or if I somehow lost it, then the parcel would have sat at my delivery outlet for 15 days, and then they would have sent it back to the return address. So, it's possible that it's on its way back to you.
Thanks for sending me the tape Nan, even if it didn't arrive. It was very thoughtful!

You're welcome -- but I still want to beat up your Canada Post. :) When I get the tape for my library, I'll dupe it for you and try sending it again (that's if I don't get the first one returned by Canada Post).
