What do you mean by "translating"? I don't know, but I doubt that an English name like Lewis has a proper and genuine Vietnamese variant, e.g. like José is Joseph but in Spanish. So Lewis in Vietnamese is probably just Lewis, or not?
As Vietnamese is basically written with Latin script, there even does not seem to be a need for a transliteration, unlike for "Lewis in Chinese" or "Lewis in Japanese".
All in all, a somewhat confusing question for me.

I'm sorry for the confusion. I am trying to recreate my Dad's uniform from Vietnam. In the only picture I have it has his Lewis on his name tag but above it is another name tag with the Vietnamese verion of his name. The picture that I have is not clear enough to make out the letters. If anyone has an idea please help me. Thanks.
