I think I found more recent years on this link (https://estadisticas.renaper.gob.ar/app_nombres/#tab-3858-1), but the web page doesn't load for me, unfortunately.
Regarding the link on the original post, I downloaded the first file (Nombres de personas 1920-1924) and it's thoroughly compiled; however, the names aren't separated by gender.

This link also doesn't load for me.
When I get a chance I'll separate the names by gender for the more recent years (2022-2024).
