For example on Behind the names are names without French letters, Lea, Chloe, Ines etc..
On https://www.journaldesfemmes.fr/prenoms/classement/prenoms/les-plus-donnes/2010 they are Chloé not Chloe, Léa not Lea etc

The source data has the names separated by spelling, so for example Chloé, Chloe, Chloë are listed separately. The problem with trying to combine different spellings is that you have to choose a canonical form. This would be easy in some cases but not in others.
