France
Hi
I think list of popular names in France 2010, but not only 2010 (other years too) according to Behind the Names is confusing,
I think that list popular names in France is correct

How is it confusing?
For example on Behind the names are names without French letters, Lea, Chloe, Ines etc..
On https://www.journaldesfemmes.fr/prenoms/classement/prenoms/les-plus-donnes/2010 they are Chloé not Chloe, Léa not Lea etc

The source data has the names separated by spelling, so for example Chloé, Chloe, Chloë are listed separately. The problem with trying to combine different spellings is that you have to choose a canonical form. This would be easy in some cases but not in others.
