Could these entries be merged?
Greetings, Mike.I have noticed that Andrea (2) is used in Italy as well, and I left a comment on the name about the usage. But I want to add further information and emphasise on some news I came across. In 2000, a law that was established forbad Italian parents from giving masculine names to baby girls and vice versa, but in 2012, the Italian court of appeal (Cassazione) approved the usage of Andrea as a feminine name in Italy due to it being multicultural in other places of Europe such as Spain, Slovakia or Norway.I'm wondering if Andrea (1) and Andrea (2) could be merged into a single entry in the next update because of its regard as a unisex name in Italy. Thanks in advance. Here are the sources:-https://www.adnkronos.com/e-se-chiamassimo-nostra-figlia-andrea-ecco-i-nomi-che-si-possono-dare-a-bimbi-e-bambine_172i3boGjs6Dj0Yw481ltU/amp.html (in Italian)-https://www.miolegale.it/massime/nome-andrea-femminile-italia/ (in Italian)-https://www.altalex.com/documents/news/2012/12/04/andrea-come-nome-femminile-la-cassazione-dice-si (in Italian)-https://www.nancy.cc/2017/01/09/andrea-name-italian-baby-girls/ (in English)ETA: Andrea is also Albanian, but only used as a masculine name (I left a comment on Andrea (1)). I wonder whether this affects the merge or not.

Entries are separated in the database primarily for reasons of clarity. Regardless of the Italian courts, I still feel it is better to have two separate entries for Andrea.

Well,Italy does not imply "Italian", since Italy also comprises some German speaking territory: Südtirol/Alto Adige. I don't think that the court decision makes the name Andrea unisex in Italian, but it allows the German speaking South Tyrolians giving the German feminine name to their daughters.--elbowin
