Just using the Bing translator,
Lamercie = "the thank(ful?);"
Guerlande = "glass moor."
"Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are sons born in one's youth." Ps. 127:4

I would have thought Guerlande is a variant of Warland (or vice-versa). I can't see how Guer- relates to glass. these seem to be surnames as well. On a hunch however I confirmed that Guerlande is just a spelling variant of the word we have in English as "garland", modern French guirlande - ornament, tinsel, wreath etc. I can't quite recall Lamercie, but have a niggling idea it's a variant of Lambert or something similar.
