Well, I am not sure that this is the origin of your name, but "payana" is a word used in the northeast of Argentina and Uruguay to mean "the game of jacks." The word was derived from the Quechua word "pállay" which means "to collect (from the ground)."
As for Neeva, the closest word I know of is the Portuguese word "neva." "Neva" is the present indicative tense of the verb "nevar" which means "to snow."
