I could be completely wrong here, but it almost looks like a variant of Shoshannah to me.
My cousin in Israel recently had a baby girl and she was given the name "Shini," which he said meant something along the lines of "long-stemmed rose." Shini was named for my other cousin Shoshannah, who was thrilled about having a grandchild named for her.

That also seems very likely. It's just that the name claims to have a Yiddish origin is throwing me off a bit but thank you for providing a valid option!
