While that site is generally very accurate, this pronunciation is incorrect.
In Gaelic, 'ch' is always pronounced hard just as in German and Hebrew.
In this name the 'ch' is slender and has a short 'yeh' sound after it.
The 'á' is a long [aw] as in 'lawn.'
The 'é' is a long [ay] as in 'rein.'
Ignore the 'i' and 'a' because they are essentially helping vowels.
So Ráichéal is roughly [RAW-khyale].
