Rocco on this site calls it the "Italian form of a Germanic name," I was curious about how much further the "Germanic name" origin could be followed.

German name 'Roho' which was a short form of names like 'Rochbert' that are all but forgotten today." Do you know anything about Rochbert? That's a completely new name to me.
Bacon is as close as food gets to a narcotic, and, like marijuana, it's the sort of thing you really won't appreciate until you order special versions through the mail.
