What puzzles me
is that it seems like it would be so easy to feminize, and that there hardly seems to be a name of that description that hasn't been!
Thank you for your insight into a population where it is well used. I've never actually met a Rocco and its popularity here is apparently low (in the US), so I don't have any 'real life' observations to go by.
