I tried to provide the most common spellings. For reference I had a list (in Japanese) of the most common Japanese names given in 2006. Of course it's not feasible to list every possible spelling.
Arisu, to my knowledge, was not actually a Japanese name, just a translation of a foreign name that wouldn't be used by Japanese parents. If you can provide an example I might consider re-adding it.
