Sarah used to have the nickname form: Sadie, so Sada could easily be a more formal-looking version of Sadie. Looks depressing, though!
As for Cash, yes, if you pronounce Cassius as Cashus, then it could certainly be a short form. But include me out. The singer Johnny Cash might have got his surname from anywhere, but it might be worth checking out.

Sada is Japanese, I believe. "Pure" or "pure one" is the only meaning I've found for it, but most of those meanings come from "baby name" sites so....
