Suzanne Al Ja'fari, the name "Khâlisah" is said to mean "clear, pure". There are dots underneath the K and s which I don't know how to type.
The "Kh" would probably mean that the initial sound of the Arabic name is not found in English, but is one of the sounds heard in
German words like "ich" or "ach", which are breathy consonant sounds that sometimes sound to English speakers like someone is clearing their throat.
