Lavinia
What do you think of Lavinia? Could Liv work as a possible nickname?

I like Lavinia, and the main reason I like it is because I'm a sucker for Liv. It could definitely work!

I like Lavinia, but there is a mean girl in the children's book Johnny Tremaine that I associate with it. Other than that association, I think it's great. And yes I think Liv works, yet I think many people will mistakenly think Olivia is her full name, since that is the Liv we most often see.

I think it's gorgeous and you can definitely use Liv as a nn.

I feel like a broken record after replying to Haven's post with the same thing, but I don't mind since they're great names -- I love Lavinia, and this has been on my favorites list for years. I was going to use Livy as a NN, so of course, I think Liv works well.

I'd really love to meet a little Lavinia. =) It's very pretty. I definitely think Liv could work as a nn, but I prefer just Lavinia.

I like Lavinia. Liv could work, or Livy, or Vinnie, or Nia, or Love...

Though I don't really care for the name, I do like the nn Vinnie. Liv works to though.

Lavinia is nice, although it always makes me think of the mean little girl from "A Little Princess," but it's still a pretty name nonetheless. Liv is a good nn.

Liv would work fine. Lavinia is nice and underused. :)

It's currently one of my favorites. Liv could definitely work as a nn, but I'm not a big nn person, so I wouldn't use it. I'm currently very fond of Anne Lavinia and Mary Lavinia (and having her go by either both names or just by her mn).

Love, love, love Lavinia. I adore ancient Roman names and this one is so pretty. Liv is a great nn for Lavinia. Go for it!Have you considered mns?
