Some of these are a bit off the top of my head, like Maria Christophine; I bet I'll get tired of that one soon. :-/ A lot of these, some on purpose and some not, come from people I know. Like Patrice (mother, Patricia), Roberta (stepfather Robert), Douglas (brother), Jeremiah (boyfriend Jeremy), Raymond (family name), Rachael (cousin and good friend), Elizabeth (form of my name), Antonia (Anthony a family name), and Christophine (good friend Christopher). But then again they're pretty typical names, so it's no surprise that I can relate most of them to someone I know or am related to.

It's also kind of hard to make combos if I'm taking into consideration that each would be one of five, rather than just listing five theoretical names for one recipient. William, Lawrence, Douglas, and Richard are for now my four absolute favorites individually, so my top five combos would really be:
