I know a cat named Matilda & she carries the name so well. We adore it on her & call her Tillie for short which happens to be number 11 on your list. I don't agree that a British Blue should necessarily have a British name. One wouldn't necessarily give a Siamese cat a Thai name because of its Thai origins.:o)
