Honestly,I can't suggest anything. I tend to match the animal's personality to the name. From what I know, British Blues tend tobe quite diginifed. I'd use a name that reflected that - and I second Array's suggestion of Lady Day.
However, this is from someone who has a dog named Boston, had cats named Panzer and Margaret Magellan (nn Maggie, but answers to Maggie, Mag, Margaret, Magellan and knows she's in trouble if she hears Margaret Magelllan together), and Pandora. We have a city, a WWII tank, an explorer, and mythology. :-D
