In the past month, I have heard the name Charlie on girls. Once, I heard it on a newborn. The second time I heard it was today on a 4-year old girl. I was curious. I asked the mom if Charlie was her birth name. The Mom said her full name was Charolette. I didn't know that Charlie was a nn for Charolette. I wonder if this will become popular with the release of "Charolette's Web" in the states. Personally, I don't know anyone named Charolette. I think it is a pretty name.
