I saw the name Demetria in a post and it got me thinking about a character in Piers Anthony's Xanth series. When I looked in the BtN database, I saw that (surprise, surprise) it comes from the Greek goddess Demeter. This reminded me of the Roman goddess Ceres, which is a name I have loved for awhile.
