Polly is cute. My great grandmother was Polly (short for Mary). I love seeing names revived, so this is right up my alley.
I was just watching a TV show where a character was named Polly. Or at least that's what I thought until the wedding scene. "Do you, Leopoldina, take this man . . . " Leopoldina, nn Polly = my kind of fun!
Other possible formal names: Paulina / Pauline / Paula, Apollonia, Polaris / Polaire.
