I feel like "VD" is like something from the 40s, everyone says "STD" or "STI" now, so I wouldn't worry all that much about the association.
Bea is too short, I'd go with

Flora is really cute.
Why not use
Verity in the middle?
Sybil Verity,
Twyla Verity, and
Flora Verity are all nice.
