IRL the least conventional spelling of a name I've seen is Jaxxon for Jackson.
It's probably an urban myth but I did read in a magazine about a girl named KVIIIlyn for Caitlin (VII being eight in Roman numerals).

Oh, it’s not a myth, at least not for CVIIIlyn. There was a story about a doctor trying to pronounce her name, and he ended up saying “civilian”.
VII is 7; VIII is 8. As I'm sure you know! But with that lowercase L, anyone would be confused.
