I'm ready for a bunch of steampunk names to take off in an airship in full neovictorian fashion.
Agatha - I don't really like this name, but I'd weirdly like seeing it make a comeback.
Althea
Beatrix
Cordelia
Gretchen
Ingrid
Lucinda
Mavis
Seraphina
Sophronia
Verbena
Winifred
Bertram
Constantine
Cornelius
Cyrus
Endeavor
Godfrey
Ivo
Jerome
Lionel
Milo
Robin
Silas
Thaddeus
I'd also like to meet someone named Antigone, Everild, Yorath and Taliesin.
It's been fun seeing Meredith and Zelda get more attention, so I'm hoping other old names will take off too.

I have no idea why, but Susan was the first thing that popped into my head.
I was just thinking about Constance yesterday! I agree, I think it's lovely, and Connie is so cheerful and cute.
I think Helen should start coming back, as well as the "een" names like Francine, Eileen, Nadine, Kathleen, etc. They have this great energy that feels so real and warm and "salt of the earth"-like but with a sharp, biting wit and intelligence.
For boys I'd love to see 1920s style names make a comeback: Clarence, Clark, Calvin, Chester, Francis, stuff like that.

I think Helen is ready for a comeback. I also like Rosalind.
Agnes, Alma, Beatrice, Celia, Constance, Della, Elsie, Enid, Flora, Greta, Harriet, Ida, Juliet, Louisa, Lucille, Mabel, Marjorie, Opal, Pearl, Rosalind, Susanna, Viola, Willa, Winnie, Zelda.
Ambrose, Benedict, Claude, Conrad, Edmund, Ephraim, Frederick, Gideon, Hugo, Inigo, Julius, Lucian, Montgomery, Orson, Otto, Quincy, Rufus, Solomon, Stephen, Thaddeus, Truman, Vance, Warren, Wilbur, Zeke.

I haven't thought about it; you're right! Same with Mavis and the Hotel Transylvania movies, for instance.
My nephew, a toddler, is named Lucian John.
I have taught a teenage Opal.

These are all names that I think deserve a comeback in the USA, some of them are already popular in the UK, which I’ve commented on. It’s interesting the compare the difference in two countries- I think the UK has a few popular names that’d still be considered old fashioned in the US!
Caspar (gradually going up in the UK)
Cecil
Clarence
Edmund
Edna
Elaine (though it looks like it is beginning to revive!)
Ellen
Ethel
Flora (this one absolutely shocked me when I saw how low it’s popularity in the USA is- not unpopular in the UK)
Frances (M and F)
Francis (M and F)
Harold
Harry (so popular in the UK, I think its long deserved a revival in the USA)
Helen
Hilda
Inez
Irene
Leonard
Lionel (may be making it’s comeback?)
Margery
Marion (M and F)
Minnie
Nancy (popular in the UK)
Stanley
Velma
Winifred (also going up quite a lot in the UK)

I'm echoing your call for the return of Sophronia, Casper, and Cornelius.
ooh, i like most of these! (except casper bc... you know... too associated with the ghost 👻)
Casper's a friendly ghost: what's your problem?
theres no problem 👍
