Everybody knows how wild old American names are (especially in the south), with different biblical names, mythologies and surnames creating a varied and very individualistic namescape.
I was reading up on Jewish converts in 19th-20th century Ottoman Palæstina, and came across perhaps the most famous of them, the American-born Warder Cresson.
I was wondering, do you think his birthname, Warder, could come back? I think it's very cute and has a good meaning.
