Ezra (I feel like this is my most heretical opinion)
Elijah (funny story about this one - I never thought of the name as gender neutral until I started seeing it pop up as a female name in some old city archives from the 1880s. Usually spelled "Elija" though)

Isidore (this might be my fave, it's like a more sensible Isidora)

Least favourite: James, probably. It's so boring.
