Juliet Ruby is better than Ruby Juliet in my opinion.
Ruby Juliet is kinda rhymey and phrasey, and that makes it a little gimmicky and glitzy for my personal taste. Reminds me of "Ruby Tuesday." Juliet Ruby has a rhythm that draws attention away from the rhyme, and the pleasantness of Ruby is set-off more. I guess if it were a double-name (meant to be always said together), then Ruby Juliet would seem much more glib and friendly than Juliet Ruby. But if it's just a fn & mn combo, I'd prefer Juliet Ruby.
