Names That Are Truly Unisex
There are some 'unisex' names that I like more one gender than the other. For example, Logan and Elliott skew more feminine, but Shannon and Kelly more masculine.Of the names that I like, IMO these work completely equally on all genders:
Cedar
Peregrine
Hayden
Jasper
Adair
Kelly
Evelyn
Amandeep
Bryn
Gwyn
Glenn
Cheyenne
Kyle
Dale
Evan
Ainsley
Inyene
Jocelyn
Kahurangi
Lane
Manu
Merle
Naphtali
Parker
Shirley
Wren

Lee. One of the very few names that feels unisex to me. Some nature names, such as River, Sage, Cedar, Bay, Cove, Rain, Storm (although I would say that most floral names feel feminine). Some nicknames, such as Sam, Chris, Alex, Mel, Les, Lou, Ash and Charlie. Some word names, such as Indigo, Journey, Ocean, Lake and Blue.

The only ones I can think of are Francis/Frances and Leslie/Lesley, and even they have a spelling difference.

I disagree with the entire list, except for maybe Merle. I can absolutely see it being used for both, either on an elderly man or an an elderly woman.
These could also be unisex: Amandeep, Kahurangi & Naphtali, but they do lean more masculine. I honestly don't know enough about them.
Gwyn, Inyene & Ainsley as well perhaps, but definitely lean more feminine. These I prefer as boy names:Lane
Manu
Logan (Love this one for a boy. Can't stand it on a girl)
Elliott (All spellings!)
Shannon
Cedar
Peregrine
Jasper
Adair
Evan
Hayden
Glenn
Kyle
Dale
Parker Girl's:
Jocelyn
Kelly
Evelyn
Bryn
Cheyenne
Shirley
Wren
VivianI tend to prefer names for a one gender, so there certainly aren't a whole lot of "unisex" names that I see AS being unisex, but for the ones that immediately come to my mind are these:Robin, Taylor & Avery (Prefer more for boys, but don't at all mind on a girl)
Merle (as mentioned above)
Lonnie & Lani
Lauren, Loren/Lorin
That's pretty much it, with maybe a name or two I'm missing. Oh, and I think Monroe.

Evan and Naphtali feel very masculine, Shirley, Wren and Vivian very feminine.I’d say Rowan is truly unisex, also Dominique and Claude.

Manu (I'm not very familiar with this name though)
It's not listed here as such, but it's a unisex Maori name meaning "bird".Naphtali (;looks unisex to me but probably only because it reminds me of girl names like Nefertari and Natalie)
I agree. In the Bible he was a son of Jacob
