Really not a fave of mine. I do prefer it on a boy, but I know twice as many girls named Casey (or Kasey) as I do boys. It sounds too nicknamey to me to be used as a given name, and I have a hard time coming up with a mn for it. Besides Lynn, that is. :o)edited for spelling
