Rain - on the one hand, it's close to girl names Raina, Raine, Renée,
on the other, there is a masculine Rein.
But I still prefer it on a girl, I guess.

And Indigo is unisex.
Indigo powder, indigo colour and indigo kids come to mind. It also reminds me of Inigo (Inigo Jones).
