The idea of all women being "queens" is a very popular sentiment these days so someone actually naming a girl "Powerful Queen" is, in a way, not entirely surprising. The world is shifting into this overwhelming demand for unwavering clarity, authenticity, honesty, and straightforwardness in ALL aspects of one's life, so I can totally see why it wasn't enough to name the child something like Victoria or Regina or even Queenie. It's not clear enough that way.
