I noticed the name Willena yesterday from someone born in the 1930s.

Willena YvonneNicknames:
Winnie, Nana, Weena, Willie, Billie, Bill, Villena As a middle name:
Betty Willena
Carol Willena
Catherine Willena

Hazel Willena
Isabelle Willena
Janet Willena
Janice Willena
Linsay Willena
Marion Willena
Marilyn Willena
Margaret Willena
Mary Willena
Mattie Willena
Orpha Willena (b. 1921)
Reba Willena
In my mind I'm pronouncing it with the most emphasis on the first syllable, as in rhyming with Helena or "Helen of" (Troy).
I see the appeal of a name that's uncommon but not exactly weird.
It would be interesting to know the history of it.
