The only issue there that concerns me is the aunt. I don't know what the attitudes are about names in your family, or how close you are to that particular relative, so I can't say whether it's a problem. I would never consider giving one of my children the same name as a (living) aunt or uncle, but possibly the dynamics in your family are such that it is reasonable. The other posters generally seem to think it's okay, so maybe my family is unusual in that aspect.
