Lydia is a great classic name
Firstly, I don't see the problem that your dd's mn is Olivia. If her fn was Olivia, I would think it too close (Livvie and Lyddie). As it is, I would not even hesitate naming my second dd Livia (which is a formal name, not a short form of Olivia).- The church thing I don't quite understand. Would your Lydia go in the same class with the other Lydia and Lidia? Would they be friends? Or would they only meet in church? Also, I don't know how much time you spend in church actitivities. - Why would the aunt be a problem? Are you afraid that she will think you named your dd after her? If so, is that really so terrible? If you know her well, you can explain that you just love her name. And you can tell both grandmothers this too, so that they don't feel slighted. I find Liliana, Lydia and Leah all beatuful but I love Lydia best. And they all sound great with Isabel.

Maybe Isabel and Liliana look best together, since both are Spanish. But Lidia is also Spanish. Leah is a little short compared with Isabel. Isabel can have many nn (Isa, Izzy, Bel, Bella) and her sister might want one too.
