I would still use Lydia based on that. I don't think that Olivia sounds similar.
A tough choice between those three names, they all suit you. Leah is not really my style, but it's very nice, I slightly prefer the spelling Lea though.
I love both Lydia and Liliana and find it hard to choose between them, however, I think that Lydia sounds best with Isabel : )
