I'm the other way. I really enjoy Betsy, which seems cheerful and friendly, even though the only Betsy I've known IRL (sister of a friend, full name Elizabeth) was anything but.Edith retains a little medieval charm, but not enough. Too breathy. My late MIL was Edith Elizabeth, but nobody ever used either - she was universally known as Bunty, including by her grandchildren. And the only other Edith I've ever known was/is Edith Linda Marie, which sounds OK but none of them seem to go well with the others!

I like Edith Linda Marie. Yes it’s dated but that’s kind of a plus for me, and the flow of these names is really good imho.
