I can actually imagine Confidence on a girl, NN Connie, but it's too "out there" for me. Rea - isn't that how Chris Rea spells his last name? I would definitely pronounce it as per Ria. I really like Ria, as a NN for Rhiannon or Victoria, or on its own.
