It's not that it's bad. It's just that it's assuming a lot, and it lets people assume a lot, which makes it seem more gimmicky than pleasant. But I don't think it's a total dog that he'll find is a big liability. He might end up changing the spelling to
Jett. I don't mind
Jett - I think it's better than
Blake. The combo
Blake Jay works though.
Blake,
Grant, and
Brett seem like a very well matched set.
I think
Brett & Jhett might be too close for brothers, at least if they live together.
The spelling Jhett confuses me and I have to wonder if it is pronounced Zhett, or Juh-Hett, or
Jett. I guess I'd assume
Jett.
Jaslee gives a similar impression to Jhett, but I personally find it more appealing. I think I'd like knowing a Jaslee. Though it's not exactly my style. I like it much better than Eisley,
Kinsley,
Ainsley,
Jaylyn, or
Jazlyn.
