Millie but it's my full name and I've never had a problem with it.
However... If you really feel the need to lengthen
Millie...
I went to school with an
Amelia who went by
Millie. I also met a little
Emilia who was '
Millie'.
You may find the long ending syllable of
Camille lends itself to
Millie better than
Camilla.
Mildred is alright but don't forget her old-school partner
Millicent.
Or you could go thoroughly modern with Romilly.
