Re: Full name for Millie?
I'm a Millie but it's my full name and I've never had a problem with it.
However... If you really feel the need to lengthen Millie...I went to school with an Amelia who went by Millie. I also met a little Emilia who was 'Millie'.
You may find the long ending syllable of Camille lends itself to Millie better than Camilla.
Mildred is alright but don't forget her old-school partner Millicent.
Or you could go thoroughly modern with Romilly.Hope this has helped :-)http://www.behindthename.com/pnl/117870?sort=name&pop=ew

Also Romilda. I like Romilda.
Millicent is a nice name and I prefer it to Mildred.
Emilia and Amelia are also good names.
Camilla works well for having Millie as a nn. I like Camilla as well.
