I love islands and Isola isn't bad, although I wouldn't use it. I once read about a Swedish girl who was named Isola after an album by Swedish rock band Kent.
I think Inis, which I believe is the Gaelic word for island, would be a pretty name and could be a variant of Inez, but I think it's really pronounced IN-ish although I would prefer EE-nis.
Does the sea exist
