I think it works for both children and chickens. I find Augusta totally beautiful, rich, and luxurious, like a decadent cake. I am sad that it's off-limits for me, because I have a really gross great-uncle Augustus "Gus". It's super gorgeous.

That's the ultimate for any name, really. I agree with your post completely, except I don't have a gross great-uncle Augustus.

Right. Cluck-Cluck doesn't work on a child and Kaylee doesn't work on a chicken, so neither makes the cut.

Thank you. I like Augusta too. It's old fashioned, and feels antique when I say it, if you know what I mean.
