There aren't any good ones, unless you're pronouncing
Charlie with a SH- sound instead of like
Charlie Brown. You could invent Charlia or Charlesanne or Charlena or Charlette, etc, pronouncing them with a CH like in
Charles, and that'd work. But I think
Charlie with CH as in
Charles, as a nick for a name pronounced with a SH like in
Charlotte etc, sounds artificial and self-consciously masculine, like
Al for
Alyssa.
If you're pronouncing it with a SH sound, I vote for
Charlotte or
Charlize.
