Charlie

I think the most obvious suggestion is Charlotte but I don't like Charlotte.
It might sound a little out there but I like the name Charlemagne. Not sure if the name Charlie really matches as a nn though. Honestly, I think Charlie is fine by itself. I don't like how there aren't really any full names (that I can think of) with the harsh 'ch' sound that Charlie has. Charlie doesn't really work as a nn on a girl, I'd just name her Charlie.
Edit: Charlemagne is a masculine name but I like it on a girl.

There aren't any good ones, unless you're pronouncing Charlie with a SH- sound instead of like Charlie Brown. You could invent Charlia or Charlesanne or Charlena or Charlette, etc, pronouncing them with a CH like in Charles, and that'd work. But I think Charlie with CH as in Charles, as a nick for a name pronounced with a SH like in Charlotte etc, sounds artificial and self-consciously masculine, like Al for Alyssa.
If you're pronouncing it with a SH sound, I vote for Charlotte or Charlize.

Thanks for the suggestions! I've never really liked the name Charlotte. I like Charlene but I've had many bad experiences with girls named Charlene and I just couldn't see using it on my kid.
I've had a hard time settling on a name that starts with "Char" or could be used with the nn Charlie. I've been looking for awhile now.
Thanks again!

Same, it hard to find names that sound good as well fit in without being too unusable!
