I'm one of the 'hate it' crowd.
It isn't posh. It just looks like it's trying to be. It isn't fey, either, just trying. So it comes off as pretentious and effete: the name of a metrosexual, babyfaced soap opera character. A teenage girl's fantasy name, coming into its own now as the teenagers who fancied it grow up. Alas. It happens.. I know. I'm too old to like that name.
Sorry, I'm feeling really blunt. That's my opinion of the name on paper; I'm not so judgmental if you named a living breathing son that or something. It's a decent name, just rubs me the wrong way personally.
