I like it as a full name, I like mn James with it. As nn I like Seb or Sebas, I like Sebastian most with one of these nn. I don't see it as being posh. but that might be, because the name has been popular in the Netherlands for some time, while I only hear it used amongst English speaking people for the last year or so.
