Well, yes. There are four "s" sounds in Susanna Sanders. Plus there's a repeated "an" sound. But I wouldn't hold it against her if I met her. I'd say to myself, "Gee. I love that her parents used Susanna. Too bad it sounds terrible with her last name. But it's still nice to come across."

But I don't know if normal people (= non-name nerds) would even notice the "s" thing.
